You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Withdrawals are available only to verified Account holders. KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed. The Operator reserves the right to conduct additional verification at any point during the withdrawal process.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Processing times vary by method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of request. The Operator aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe specified but does not guarantee processing times due to factors outside its control, including provider processing windows and banking cut-off times.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per period are set by the Operator and displayed in the cashier. These limits may differ by Account tier and payment method.
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. These include, without limitation, minimum deposit thresholds, opt-in requirements, wagering requirements, eligible game categories, bet-size restrictions and expiry dates. Where a conflict exists between a promotional-specific term and these general Terms, the promotional-specific term prevails.
Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Wagers placed on games or bet types excluded from a specific promotion do not count toward that promotion's wagering requirement. New Account holders may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per person, household, IP address and payment method. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round or live bet, the Operator's server records will determine the outcome. Wagers already placed and confirmed on the server at the point of disconnection remain valid and will be settled according to the recorded outcome.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to retain any funds held in the Account pending investigation. Forfeiture of funds will occur where the breach directly involved misuse of those funds.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Where a balance remains in your Account at the time of closure request, you may request withdrawal of that balance subject to any applicable KYC and bonus wagering conditions outstanding at that time.
All content on the 10wan Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, software, text content, game presentations and interface elements — is the intellectual property of 10wan or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Operator shall not be liable for: indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages; loss of profits; loss of data; losses arising from force majeure events including internet outages, server failures or unforeseen technical faults; or losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics or game-outcome descriptions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10wan is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the Operator's customer support process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
For Pakistani users: nothing in this clause overrides or supersedes applicable Pakistani law. Players are responsible for their own compliance with local legal obligations. The choice of governing law does not constitute a representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time.
